Jess provides individual counselling and psychology services to school age children, young people and adults. She takes the viewpoint that our struggles are what unites us and makes us human. We all have times in our lives when we for example experience difficult emotions, stress, loss, physical health challenges, poor self-esteem or strained relationships. Jess provides a safe, nurturing and respectful environment for each individual to explore their current challenges and gain insight into the background, maintenance and effect of these challenges. 

Jess is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Psychology Board of Australia. She practices in line with the Psychologists Code of Conduct and Ethics, providing high quality evidence-based treatment.
